Why a BLOG?
As with most progressive companies our personnel are bursting with ideas, always have a ready comment to make and generally contribute a huge amount to what we do and the way we do it. Capturing that input has never been easy, and often it just ‘gets lost’ as it comes up in conversation or as a passing quip!
We decided that capturing some of that input in a Blog and allowing those individuals to exercise a greater voice would be incredibly useful for us in the company, and if it is useful or interesting to those outside the business then that would be great too.
What will we be posting about?
That is the age-old ‘how long is a piece of string’ question. I guess we will be covering a multitude of topics and points, we all have something to say, but likely we will kick-start the BLOG with these types of broad headings:
- Industry chatter
- Industry critique
- Our in house developments
- Industry developments we like
- Other industry developments we like and will follow
- General topics of interest for any of us
- Really anything we think is worth bringing to others attention or talking about.
Who will be posting?
Systems Development Manager
Survey Systems Development Manager
Products & Services Division Co-ordinator
Products Delivery Manager
Any and all of the Development Team
The Admin Team
And the (very hands – on) MD
